Bereiding
- 1Bekleed een kleine bakplaat of schaal (ongeveer 20x20 cm) met bakpapier.
- 2Prak de helft van de bosbessen lichtjes met een vork in een kom. Voeg de volle naturel yoghurt en eventueel het vanille-extract toe. Roer goed door elkaar.
- 3Spreid het yoghurtmengsel gelijkmatig uit over de met bakpapier beklede bakplaat.
- 4Verdeel de resterende hele bosbessen over het yoghurtmengsel. Druk ze zachtjes een beetje in de yoghurt.
- 5Zet de bakplaat minimaal 2-3 uur in de vriezer, of totdat het yoghurtmengsel volledig bevroren en stevig is.
- 6Haal de bevroren yoghurt uit de vriezer en breek of snijd het in kleine hapklare stukjes.
Serveertip: Serveer direct uit de vriezer. Je kunt ze ook als 'crumble' over wat extra yoghurt doen als ze iets gesmolten zijn.
